Items can be exchanged within 14 days from purchase. Item must equal to purchase amount. You will receive an e-mail notification when we receive and process your exchange.

Returned item must be:

  • Unworn and in new condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Include original

*All sale and personalized items or Final Sale cannot be exchanged. 

Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your exchange back to Imperfections will be the responsibility of the customer. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages. We recommd that you ensure and track your returned package. You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice for your return.
